About our Dan Wesson DWX grips
Two patterns for the DWX
- Krakens — our signature hex checkering. Each hex has a contoured boss inside it, so gripping harder gets you more purchase rather than more pain.
- Euclids — a thinner profile with a sharper, more linear bite. Good if you want texture without added width.
Why aluminum on a DWX
The DWX borrows the 2011 trigger and the CZ 75 grip angle, and it is already a steel-framed gun. Aluminum grips let you change the texture and the look without adding much weight, and Type II anodizing puts a hard surface on them that holds up.
Common questions
Will CZ 75 or Shadow 2 grips fit a DWX?
No. The DWX takes its own grips — the ones on this page.
Which pattern is more aggressive?
The Euclids. The Krakens are the more all-round option if you shoot long sessions.
How many colors?
Over 20 in Type II anodizing, all done in house.
