Thank you for visiting and shopping at Vytal Manufacturing, LLC. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days and shipped via UPS. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
 
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
 
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
 
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Vytal Manufacturing, LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc)
 
Damages
Vytal Manufacturing, LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
 
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
 
 
 
 
RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your new parts. Our goal is to deliver you the best product we can, however sometimes mistakes can happen. If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or refund it. If you would like to return your product because of a reason other than a manufacturing defect, there is a 20% restocking fee. We will not return or exchange products that have been installed. 
 
RETURNS
 
All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
 
 
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
